1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the CarWallet mobile application or website (https://carwallet.co.za), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. SARS Tax Logbook Disclaimer
CarWallet provides automated tools to record travel distances and calculate vehicle fuel consumption for SARS Section 8(1)(b) travel allowance record-keeping. While we endeavor to adhere strictly to South African Revenue Service formatting guidelines, users remain solely responsible for ensuring the factual accuracy of their tax submissions.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Premium features (including unlimited AI receipt vision scanning and automated cloud backup) are billed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Subscription management, cancellations, and renewals are handled via your respective app store account settings.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, brand designs, user interfaces, and algorithmic models powering CarWallet are proprietary to CodeWays (Pty) Ltd and protected under South African copyright and intellectual property legislation.
